About the role

Work in a collaborative and agile environment that fosters a customer-driven and growth mindset, developing and implementing traditional and digital marketing strategies, initiatives and campaigns.

As a passionate generalist marketer with 4+ years of experience in a similar role, you’ll bring the skills and drive to:

  • Deliver high quality and timely acquisition activities to increase qualified leads and drive conversions/ revenue
  • Drive the customer experience across all mediums to nurture the customer life cycle, moving customers through the purchase funnel, from awareness and consideration to exploration and purchase, then into retention
  • Identify and implement target market and segmentation strategies to attract new customers, retain existing customers and encourage growth in existing customer spend
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including planning, development, stakeholder management, execution and reporting, ensuring campaigns are on time and on budget
  • Leverage data to analyse, report and gain insights of marketing performance to help drive future strategies and ensure continual improvement
  • Keep on top of competitor activity and digital best practice to ensure the marketing team and business are at the forefront

The ideal candidate will have


  • Both B2B and B2C marketing experience highly regarded, but not essential
  • Degree qualified in marketing and communication or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
  • An interest for, or experience in, fundraising/ not for profit
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for digital marketing, user experience and analytics
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Proficient organisation and time management skills
  • Basic to intermediate skills across MailChimp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn as well as Adobe Creative and MS Office Suites
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, including Google Analytics, social media, email marketing and customer data
