Job responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible to:


  • Support field sales by identifying customer challenges or gaps and make recommendations on new services based on customer’s data
  • Track from lead, opportunity creation to final booking of new suggested services generated by using our client’s new program.
  • Consolidate and roll-up pipeline/bookings results in an assigned region/territory.
  • Capture field’s feedback and make recommendations on how to evolve our client’s new program.
  • Enable/train field sales and other BDMs on how to read this new program data, and position new services.
  • Increase adoption of this program by working closely with account teams, field sales, BDMs.
  • Participate in cross-functional workshops to enable/evolve this program in other regions.


About You:

  • 3-5 years of related experience in business development management, Sales and account management
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience required
  • Working in a global team environment
  • Knowledge of market fundamentals
  • Strategic and tactical aptitude required
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills are a fundamental requirement of this role
  • Prior experience in WebEx will be preferred.
