Fantastic opportunity to be part of a disruptive, technology focused business that allows Corporates to find flexible accommodation solutions for their staff. Coming out of COVID the business is experiencing rapid growth and are looking for someone with great account management and strong sales skills to handle inbound leads and to also grow existing accounts that includes Companies such as KPMG.


The Company offers a cost-effective and very reliable service where they have handpicked luxury inner-City accommodation that is ideal for short-term visits, especially for staff that travel Inter-State.


This is a fast-paced, exciting start-up environment with 12 other staff and a City office that you can work from as and when you need to. If working from home is a preference, then there is also complete flexibility in this role and a work / life balance is a key feature of working for this Company.


The role will suit a personality that is tenacious, pro-active, relationship builder and someone with good time management skills. Following up on inbound leads and having consultative conversations you will use your sense of urgency to show Corporates how cost-effective and reliable the service is, especially compared to competitors such as Airbnb. Most of your week will be dedicated to managing the existing account base though.


This is a fast-paced role where you will also have the opportunity to build close relationships with existing clients and manage their booking requirements. Once a booking is made a dedicated operator will handle the customer so your role is focused on fulfilling their requirements and upselling any new locations that become available.


Full training will be provided as you join a small, closely-knit team with the opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing Company that has big ambitions to expand internationally in the near future.


To be successful you must have a pro-active, entrepreneurial approach and the ability to work autonomously with little supervision. Also, being comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured business is key. Real Estate or Travel sales experience will be highly regarded with a proven track record in over-achieving sales targets being crucial.
