We currently have an exciting contract opportunity to join our WA team on a fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager, you will operate in a collaborative environment, delivering a distinctive customer experience.


As Relationship Advisor, you will:

  • Provide a local customer owned banking experience to new and existing customers
  • Proactively connect customer needs to Beyond Banks offerings through excellent listening skills
  • Contribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic
  • Engage and assist customers to identify short, medium, long term needs and aspirations
  • Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the customer
  • Deepening the relationship with new and existing customers through having needs-based conversations to understand their current and future needs, identify opportunities and providing individualised banking solutions and through this, change lives
  • Managing general lending enquiries and providing sound advice and information to customers 
  • Contributing to a successful team environment 


You will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in lending is desirable, but not essential
  • The ability to have genuine, needs-based conversations with customers to uncover and fulfil their stated and future needs
  • A passion for building lasting customer relationships and serving the local community 
  • The ability to work cohesively as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
