Responsibilities

As a Delivery Lead you will be responsible for leading end to end teams to deliver the CloudSense solution. You will engage early with the customer and help them shape a plan to deliver the solution that will transform their business. Delivery Leads empower teams to take accountability for their delivery, risks and issues utilising lean and agile methods. Creating the environment for teams to be highly engaged and enabled, Delivery Leads focus on enhancing team performance and removing any blockers. You will play a significant role in the continued expansion of CloudSense’ footprint across the APAC region, joining the business at a very exciting time.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that delivery team’s purpose and objectives are clear and linked to the broader vision, strategy and customer roadmap.
  • Translate business objectives into streams of work, aligning technology and business strategy.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and other leaders to deliver initiatives and products utilising lean and agile project management methods.
  • Empower and coach delivery teams to take accountability for delivery, risk and issue management and assisting by removing blockers.
  • Report progress and coordinate activities and resources.
  • Application and/or platform ownership including facilitation of critical incident management and technical roadmaps.
  • Empower and support product owners and delivery teams to invest in application health, balancing application and platform ownership responsibiltiies with project delivery.
  • Enable and support Strategic delivery partners to optimise and deliver valued outcomes from partnered resources.
  • Develop a team environment that supports team engagement and high performance in a diverse, distributed and partnered team.
  • Builds strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure delivery is smooth and customer centric.
  • Manage team operations, including portfolio planning, resource, financial and risk management.


These are the basic responsibilities today but, as the company and the position evolves, you will be provided with different functions to support CloudSense, and its customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, business or related field
  • Entensive experience of at least one of our industry sectors (Communications, Media, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Public Sector and Higher Education)
  • Previous experience leading deployment teams, ideally using agile development techniques, through full project lifecycles.
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, ideally enterprise CRM implementations.
  • You will be highly motivated, a strategic thinker, and must have passion and enthusiasm for delivering technology and business transformation.
  • You will have a strong understanding of cloud technology and the SaaS landscape, order management and business processes orchestration and ideally strong vertical industry experience in our key verticals.
  • Expertise and experience dealing with large, complicated, enterprise accounts at the most senior IT and business levels.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.

Technical skills

  • Project management techniques and methodologies (e.g Agile)
  • Project Management tools (eg. JIRA)
  • Knowledge of salesforce platform and applications.
