Cality Care are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Disability Care Workers to join our casual Home Care team! We are currently seeking to recruit a variety of new staff in the Bayside, but please note we do have an immediate start position for the right candidate who can work overnight shifts as well as day shifts.

  • The role: Casual disability work available in home care (various locations around Brisbane and the Gold Coast).
  • Required: Driver’s Licence, Reliable Car & Certificate III or higher relating to the industry with work placement completed at a minimum.
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain: First Aid Certificate, National Police Check, Paid Blue Card, Paid Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & recent/contactable references from the industry.
  • Typical duties include but are not limited to: Personal care, domestic assistance, medication assistance, manual handling, social support and community access.
