The Roles:

We have two exciting opportunities for people who are passionate about supporting an organisation to achieve people strategies, to join our People Experience team:

  • One x 12 month, full time, fixed term contract.
  • One x permanent full time.
  • Based at the Endeavour Foundation Support Centre in Cannon Hill.

You will:

  • Partner with leaders in facilitating an exceptional people experience within their teams that results in high levels of engagement, productivity and the successful achievement of operational and strategic objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to develop valued and effective people solutions
  • Investigate misconduct in the workplace utilising appropriate methodologies as defined by the organisation and commit to maintaining a best practice approach
  • Provide support, guidance and coaching to leaders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including:
    • Workforce planning
    • Talent management
    • Performance Management (ongoing performance conversations and managing underperformance)
    • Remuneration and Reward
  • Support leaders to embed a culture of coaching for performance and productivity
  • Understand risks associated with different situations and provide advice to leaders on how to effectively manage the risk
  • Deliver valued and acted upon insights and solutions that meet stakeholder needs, including analysing data.
  • Advise on internal and external influences and their likely impact on workforce risk, governance, sustainability and organisational performance
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities towards better practice and work with Quality Management team to ensure a streamlined, efficient policy and procedure framework that enables the business

About You:

  • Experience working as Business Partner in a collaborative team environment, supporting multiple leaders.
  • Experience in coaching leaders
  • Experience implementing change and/or initiatives within an organisation
  • Tertiary qualifications related to Business, Psychology or Human Resources or significant progress towards qualification with relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the team, manager and customers.
  • Strong influencing skills to support leaders in making fit for purpose and effective business decisions
  • Experience working in a large complex organisation (desirable)
  • Experience liaising with unions in a industrially complex environment (desirable)
