If you answered yes to the above, then here is your chance to join a leading Australian company with 30 years of industry experience. Our client specialises in supplying and servicing equipment to hospitals, pharmacies, universities, laboratories, just to name a few.

Working closely with the National Sales Manager and being part of a customer service team, you will build strong relationships with customers and suppliers and ensure a high level of customer service is delivered. You will be involved in a variety of tasks and provide administrative support to the sales team, such as:
  • Liaising with customers re product requests, progress of orders, dispatch, expected delivery time and handling general customer enquiries
  • Preparing and following up on quotes
  • Processing sales orders and entering orders into the system
  • Updating and maintaining SimPRO (in-house service-based system)
  • Liaising with resellers and providing support to the Account Managers
  • Co-ordinating with relevant team members and the workshop team to ensure the sale, to production, to delivery, to invoicing of goods runs smoothly
  • Completing sales related support such as maintaining pricelists, stock levels, and tender application support
  • Providing general assistance to the National Sales Manager
  • Assisting the marketing team with brochures, website and social media when required
The right person for this role will have:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales administration and customer service
  • High level communication skills with a track record of building strong customer relationships
  • Strong IT skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and the ability to learn programs quickly
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills in prioritising and multi-tasking whilst working under pressure
  • A team approach with a desire to problem solve and exceed customer expectations
  • A current, valid Driver’s Licence
