How will I help?

An excellent career development opportunity exists in the Group Performance Management (GPM) for an experienced business analyst to join our team.

The Manager, Group Performance Management (GPM) role is work closely with the project team to support Group Finance’s initiatives on reporting and insights.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Support the senior manager in finance and teams to delivery of short to medium term business objectives.
  • Providing effective support through accurate and thorough research and analysis
  • Identify the data quality/integrity issues to improve the future reporting capabilities.
  • Support continuous improvement of project reporting and analytics to deliver enhanced outcomes
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with relevant team members and peers across finance.
  • Lead and facilitate the analysis of complex business problems
  • Design and develop the report and data model support business initiatives.
  • Work closely with business and IT technical streams for future development and enhancement of reporting / BI solutions designs.
  • Direct participation in UAT include write test cases and execution.
  • Support ad hoc activities
Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
  • In-depth knowledge of reporting & operational processes in Banking industry
  • Understanding of fnance systems and reporting, including SQL exposure
  • Prevous experience working in banking and financial services
  • Knowledge of Finance process and Banking general ledger.
  • Proven experience in analysis, reporting and financial modelling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive with excellent attention to detail with a methodical thought process/problem solving.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated background in working with others to achieve outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management, the ability to explain data to non-data people and influence senior stakeholders
  • Team Player
  • A self starter who has an initiative of willing to learn.
  • Tertiary qualifications in appropriate discipline.
  • Advanced MS excel and modelling knowledge.
  • Experience in projects life cycles
