Are you results driven, enjoy learning and problem solving using data-driven techniques?

Do you enjoy working with leading Mining, Equipment, and Technology companies?

Do you want to be Brisbane based, but retain a level of field exposure?

Utilising your seasoned experience in mine planning and/or mine operations, you will be able to highlight areas for improvement, prioritise and lead initiatives across the customer business. Additionally, you will identify gaps in performance, determine root causes and perform regular progress checks with both our client and the Komatsu business. Together with the Komatsu technology companies (Modular and MineWare), you will also regularly engage in cross-functional teams to improve product performance, use, and feedback into the wider Komatsu business. The successful candidate will be required to strategically influence key stakeholders across both businesses to drive desired outcomes and ensure projects are completed on time and budget.

To be successful in this role, you will have practical mine site experience with exposure to production activities and mine technical services and demonstrate well developed analytical and influencing skills. The ability to develop strong relationships and quickly build rapport with diverse groups will see the candidate succeed in the role. Project management and exposure to fundamentals in economics would be advantageous.
