Senior Global Brand Manager – Core brands (6-month Fixed Term Contract)

With employment opportunities that range from the vine to the glass, we are currently searching for a Senior Brand Manager for a parental leave cover to be based in Melbourne.

About the role

Reporting to Head of Global Marketing - Core Brands, this is a pivotal role with cross functional responsibilities, liaising with:
· Regional Marketing Teams & broader global brand teams
· Winemaking & Viticulture Teams
· Supply Chain, Operations and Manufacturing

About the role - Your Key Accountabilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Being the brand guardian for the brands in your portfolio and you will at all times drive global alignment and adherence to:
  • Global Brand Positioning
  • Brand Architecture
  • Brand Visual Identity (BVI)
  • the delivery of Global Brand Assets and Toolkits to enable the activation of the brands in the regions
  • delivering best in class products and launch toolkits
  • managing and building strong relationships with our agency partners, ensuring we are best in class at agency management
  • working with our project management team, winemakers, regional brand teams and supply to ensure alignment and buy into all key brand projects
About you

This is a role that will suit a strong team player and influencer, with a passion and ability to galvanise the organization behind your plans for the Core brand portfolio. The role will require an energetic, passionate marketing professional with a high level of attention to detail, a focus on delivering results, excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, able to manage multiple priorities on a high-profile portfolio and a strong understanding of project management.

You will be degree qualified and have an FMCG or wine industry background with a minimum of 8 years’ experience. A natural talent for project management and brand building, your customer always comes first, and you collaborate to achieve success, constantly challenging the status quo and enjoying a true ‘passion’ for wine.
