About the role:
The Business Operations department supports Lockheed Martin programs by performing activities that drive efficient planning and execution of enterprise financial and resource investments across various functions, including but not limited to operations, supply chain, program management, sustainment, business finance, and/or contracts. Based in Mawson Lakes, this position is available on a permanent full time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:
Reporting to the Program Finance Lead, The Program Finance Administrator will assist in the provision of Business Operations support to a wide range of areas including contracts, subcontracts, and finance. Your day to day duties and responsibilities will include;
Project reconciliations
Assisting in forecasting and monthly reporting
Job code creations
Purchase order reviews and approvals
Assisting in bid and proposal effort
Additional ad hoc tasks as required

About you:
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone who is wanting to begin a progressive career within the defence industry. To be successful in securing this position you will ideally have;
A certificate or diploma in a relevant field
Exposure to a range of business operations areas including Finance, Contracts, Sub-contracts, and Supply Chain
An ability to build relationships and maintain professional interactions with both colleagues and customers
Proficient computer literacy with an ability to analyse and interpret reports and management information
Intermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications

Special Requirements:
Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current NV1 or reinstatable NV1. Employment may be contingent on the satisfactory result of criminal and/or other background screens, which require the collection and transfer of personal information.
