JOB DESCRIPTION

***Why join the Orange Digital team?***

We're a group of 20-ish passionate specialists who work closely with our clients to solve challenging problems and create transformational experiences through marketing, web and app development, videography, user experience design, and more.

We’re proud to be a culture-first company and we take pride in taking care of our employees and providing as many opportunities as possible for personal and professional growth. You’ll feel the infectious culture the second you step into our studio.

Even when we’re striving for brilliance we try not to take ourselves too seriously (life’s too short for that) and we work hard to remember to have fun while we’re working hard. 🤔

Watch our intro video here: https://youtu.be/E86fvw7OjiU

Heads up: this is an in-person position, working alongside a bunch of beautiful nerds in our studio in sunny Fortitude Valley, Queensland.

Need more convincing?

  • We take on big challenges for great clients and we always have each other's backs (our favourite core value!)
  • We’ve got an in-house cafe and a barista who serves hot coffees and buffet breakfasts for team members and clients
  • Alongside your regular growth plans, you get a yearly professional development budget: $800 and 3 days dedicated to upskilling and development
  • Flexible working hours
  • Keen to attend local industry meetups or events? We’ll cover your ticket!
  • Regular team socials (we love a good dress-up day) and Friday drinks

  • You've got an 'Outsmart the Impossible' mindset. You don't wait for others to solve problems for you, you apply creative thinking and take the initiative to move things forward.

  • You're smart, capable, confident... and humble. We take ourselves seriously, but we don't have time for big egos and one-upmanship. We always have each other's back and we make time to help each other out whenever we can.

  • You know how to work 'Better and Simpler'. You’ll participate in continuous refinement of Orange Digital's standard processes and always be on the lookout for how to do things better and simpler (while ensuring the highest value for our clients).

  • You're willing to give and receive feedback. You’ve got the humility to receive feedback well and the maturity to give solid, constructive feedback to your teammates.

  • You've got excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Managing multiple team members and clients on any given day will require you to keep tools and pipelines up to date for internal transparency and client management.
