About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity as the company has recently launched their new service line which creates a huge potential for growth within the organization.

Our clients are medium-size business to large size organisations in all industries, so you will be able to gain a lot of experience market experience.

The role is a full-time home-based with a possibility to travel to clients site if required.

With a focus on results, you will be selling coaching and training programs to new clients, whilst promoting the brand as clear industry leaders.

The key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Outbound calls
  • Building relationships with potential clients. (We are about helping and adding value, and NEVER hard sell)
  • Identifying possible business opportunities
  • Close sale deals
  • Establishing delivery pipelines
  • Maintaining documentation and CRM entries
  • Travel to client’s sites if required
  • Ownership of the sales cycles from leader to closing

This is a commission-based only position, however, you will be able to generate generous returns.

Career Progression:

Your first 18 months will be learning about our platform and contribute to engineering our CRM system, pumping out calls and emails to prospective clients, and organizing sales demos.

By month 1 you'll be starting to originate and close your own deals. Over the 12 month period, you'll become an absolute expert in sales, CRM's, our platform, and a range of industry verticals.

18+ months - We are a fast-growing technology company, so whether you want to manage a team, move into senior sales, account management, product, operations or something else is completely up to your competency and interests.

Years 3+ We are aiming to become a global company so hopefully, those who are in our team could be leaders of a region or country.
