Our client is a telecommunication market leading company, and is seeking 2 store managers for their Warringah Mall and Shellharbour store locations. As a Store Manager you inspire and motivate your team in providing customers with a quality experience in our client's store! You know your stuff and run an efficient and successful business as though it were your own. You maximise your team’s performance through your dedication to their personal development and through your natural coaching and mentoring style. You lead by example at all times and create a fun, inspiring and customer-committed atmosphere in your store.

You also are dedicated to you team and developing them to reach their potential!
  • You are adaptable and know that your store needs to operate differently at times. You ensure your people are in the right place at the right time in order to best serve customers
  • You are accountable to your Area Manager and to your team. You keep the commitments you make to your team in supporting, developing and mentoring them. You are dedicated to achieving the goals you Area Manager sets with you
  • You are dedicated to solving your customer’s problems. You draw on your own knowledge and experience but also know when to escalate problems. You always follow-through to ensure you and your team have resolved customers problems
  • You’re experienced in the retail and small business environment. You understand the daily tasks associated with leading a small business and you know what it takes to achieve high-reach goals
