What You Will Be Doing

The learning systems administrator works closely with the Learning Designer to administer the learning management system (LMS), maintain a high quality online learning environment, coordinate course attendance/completion and resolve staff requests for advice and assistance.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• At least two years’ commercial/industry experience that provides the knowledge and skills required to perform the job effectively and efficiently (e.g. application of learning technologies, Learning Management Systems, Web interface design, end-user support)
• High level of confidence and competence in the use of computers and other information and communication technologies
• Experience in the use and administration of enterprise technology systems
• Experience in user support, documentation and training
• Proficiency with a wide range of productivity tools and web-based applications
• Familiarity with Windows and Macintosh operating systems
• Experience in working with a range of enterprise (system) tools at the technical level
• Excellent English language skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive and be able to independently problem solve
• Knowledge of the different and varied professions and roles within a health network
• Attention to detail
