Today, you have the opportunity to become a part of what is proving to be a busy but magical year for our NSW Branch based in South Western Sydney.
The Team are eagerly awaiting a Senior Recruitment consultant as we enter into a period of growth. What we are looking for is a seasoned consultant with a tenacity for sales who has flourished within a blue-collar recruitment environment.
What does the role Involve?
- Pre-screen candidates via phone and conduct thorough interviews face to face
- Outbound sales calls, cold visits, canvassing for opportunities and able to generate and close a viable pipeline of opportunities
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients through site visits, understanding their in-house recruitment processes and requirements for each area with the aim to exceed expectations in daily operations
- Conduct weekly start-ups and safety meetings on site, toolbox talks with team members and clients and ongoing safety discussions.
- Manage the performance of your candidates that are representing Frontline including - Monitoring the candidate's attendance, punctuality and overall performance
- Liaising with key client stakeholders from initial negotiations through to contract/service delivery.
- Pitching candidates to clients with confidence over the phone, gaining interviews for candidates based on recommendation
- Managing the offer process with confidence, dealing with counter offers and negotiating packages on behalf of candidates and clients

What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 3-5 years blue collar labour hire experience
- An understanding or experience working across a variety of industries, and/or generalist blue collar roles
- Previously worked in a high pressure, fast paced, target driven and focused environment is desired
- Excellent communication skills- both written & verbal
- Satisfactory level of computer competency (specific training will be provided)
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- Full driver's license & reliable vehicle
