About the role

As the Learning & Capability Administrator you will provide project and administrative support to the Learning & Capability team who sit within the People & Culture division at WorkSafe. You will support the team by coordinating meetings, providing training records management, organising learning environments and generally supporting the delivery of a range of training programs.

There is also a requirement to travel between offices (Geelong, Essendon Fields, Melbourne CBD and Mulgrave) as required.

You will also:

  • Manage the receipt and payment of invoices from providers, including purchase orders in line with the procurement framework.
  • Draft, coordinate and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of the L&C team.
  • Support the L&C Coordinator with the administration and management of the LMS platform.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes and actions for internal and external stakeholder forums and meetings.
  • Support L&C Consultants with the design, development and quality review of learning materials prior to release.
  • Develop, distribute and collate learning feedback surveys and reviews to various internal and external audiences including but not limited to learners, facilitators, developers and managers.

About you

You are a highly organised and efficient administrator who is proficient in MS Office. You have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders. While experience in a learning environment will be useful, it is not essential. You are resourceful and are happy to take the initiative to learn and develop yourself. A qualification in Business, Business Administration or Training will be highly regarded.
