Digital Optimisation

How will I help?

This is a 12-month fixed term contract role

You will be responsible for optimising end to end user experiences across all channels or touchpoints, regardless of the brand or service offering, ensuring all channels are effective and orchestrated to create the best outcome

You will define and drive optimisation programs that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. You will identify areas of opportunities to improve conversion rates and drive incremental quality traffic.

You will measure, track, and generate user insights to inform customer experiences and maximise conversion output. You will shape personalised experiences across every digital channel through to non-digital channels. You will develop plans to enrich onsite to offsite connected journeys leveraging audience and targeting platforms

You will formulate connected personalised customer experiences through online banking, direct and digital marketing, and retail across digital sites, push notifications, email, SMS, branch, and telephone channels.

What do I need?

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills including ability to identify trends and performance expectations to develop initiatives and shape customer pathways. Demonstrated ability to align objectives and initiatives with the organisational vision and values. Strong proficiency in business case modelling and financial benefit modelling

  • Customer centric mindset and high level of commercial acumen
  • CRM data interpretation with Excel skills
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Target, and Audience Manager or similar
  • Experience working with large organisations highly preferred
