We are looking for a commercially focused sales leader to join our NSW Leadership team in the role of Head of Sales - NSW. You will be responsible for maximising the profitability through the effective and efficient management of the sales teams across the NSW markets. Location for this role is flexible, preferable the candidate will be based in Newcastle or Gosford.

  • A successful track record developing and executing sales strategy to achieve commercial outcomes.

  • Extensive experience in broadcast media or a related industry with strong leadership, management and coaching skills across diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams and individuals to consistently perform at high levels.
  • Strong commercial skills and the ability to use financial data and business information to make effective decisions that will assist the company to achieve its objectives.
  • An unquenchable desire to drive a culture of success and be prepared to make the hard decisions to achieve this.
  • A strong understanding of the unique requirements of the NSW markets, and an embeddedness in the local community.
