As the Senior Project management in Risk Portfolio Delivery, you will lead the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time. Your challenge will be to deliver the project goals within the given constraints.

What do I need?

The successful candidate will have extensive project management experience having worked on large and complex programs/projects, ideally in the banking sector (or other highly regulated environment). You are an expert in the Risk product domain and are proficient in AGILE and Project Management tools. You will have proven expert knowledge of PMO best practice including delivery frameworks, processes, and tools, with a practical understanding of how to apply these in a business environment.

You strive to motivate and will be energetic, pro-active, and resilient and enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will also have exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills and be able to appropriately elicit information, challenge, and influence stakeholders across a broad range of business functions, to enable the successful achievement of outcomes.
