Your Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join a Tier 1 Construction Company and manage their Graduate Program.
In this role, you will be working closely with the Head of Resourcing, Australia and the Graduate Resourcing Team and key client stakeholders. This role takes on a pivotal role in the strategic planning and delivery of the annual graduate & undergraduate recruitment campaigns to ensure our client is positioned as a leading graduate employer and to effectively and efficiently deliver talent.
This role is a real blend of project, planning and innovation, with the opportunity to be hands on.
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated experience in end to end Graduate Recruitment- Be up to date with the latest graduate recruitment practices, recruitment technology advancement and best practice graduate recruitment processes and procedures- Strong client focus; ensuring effective relationships are in place with key client stakeholders to deliver that service- Committed to continuous improvement and delivering excellence in customer service- Uses organisational knowledge to manoeuvre through formal and informal channels to get things done quickly and effectively- To really stand out from the crowd, you will have a customer focused nature about you. You will be a highly organised, responsive and delivery outcome recruitment professional. This is no ordinary Recruitment role.
