A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Group General Manager in our fast-paced and thriving retail business.
With no two days the same, you will be kept busy. You must be confident when communicating with Executives and Senior Managers both locally and overseas while being able to effectively prioritise your workload. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential along with high levels of confidentiality and integrity.

You will be responsible for ...

* Management of the Group General Manager, ensuring she is on time and prepared
* Preparing a broad range of presentations, documentation and correspondence
* Providing administrative support to the respective business teams and functions
* General office support and admin to the team, ie IT requests, phone set up etc
* Liaising with third party contractors to ensure the smooth running of the office
* Arranging travel bookings
* Processing monthly corporate expenses
* Assisting with preparation of events and meetings, printing materials, and catering arrangements

To be successful you will need ...

* Extensive EA experience supporting a Senior Executive
* Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly PowerPoint
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Professional and clear written and verbal communication skills with an ability to liaise with senior management across the organisation as well as external parties
* A proactive and constructive approach to getting things done and a 100% can do attitude!

Creating the fabric of a better life for people and the planet:
