JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Initial 6-month contract with likely extensions and/or go Perm.
  • Rates between $750 - $900 per day
  • Based in Melbourne CBD with some WFH

The Client:-

Be part of a high profile greenfield project working with multiple teams and Cloud Tech Analysts that will change and shape their industry. This is one of the largest and most exciting projects in Australia.

As an expert in your field of being a Cloud Tech Analyst you will be working with a tight, agile team that has been hand picked to execute this project. You will have a unique working environment specifically set up and designed for this project.

This is not just a Cloud Tech Analyst contract, it is potentially one of the best opportunities waiting for you to bring your expertise.

The Project and your role:-

  • Large high profile Digital Transformation project.
  • Design, build and maintain a technical roadmap capability for the Platform Engineering team that enables input and transparency across the engineering community.
  • Work with the Product Owner to establish common language between disparate SMEs and stakeholders’ quantitative knowledge.
  • All things relating to leading as a Technical Analyst.

Skills & Experience:-

  • 5 - 8 years experience as a Cloud Tech Analyst and/or similar roles
  • Familiarity with assets/services provided by a major cloud provider (GCP preferred)
  • Domain modelling.
  • High order reasoning - ability to understand the relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to absorb new knowledge.
  • Strong business analysis - structured thinking, reporting, workflows.
  • Problem solving skills - finding clear paths through ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills - you enjoy solving interesting puzzles with interesting people.
  • Detail-oriented - as a member of a team responsible for quality control, your willingness to iteratively improve precision & clarity is paramount.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • IT Degree and/or equivalent qualifications.
