About The Role

Exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Senior System Analyst to join our Service Delivery Platform team in Mascot /Melbourne/ Newcastle location. This role will require the person to proactively monitoring the Civica internal and customer infrastructure to ensure a highly available, stable and high performance platform. Providing guidance to our L1 and 2 support teams and implement complex networks and servers within hosting environments. This role will see you providing technical leadership and governance oversight for delivering engineering excellence to Civica’s customers

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader and supporting the broader programme team you will play a key role in driving productivity, compliance and operational excellence:

  • Engage with customers by digital channels to address incidents and service requests
  • Proactive network monitoring using appropriate tools
  • Adhere to current Service Centre Service Management policies, processes and procedures (e.g. ticket handling policy, incident management, request fulfilment and problem management).
  • Notify multiple resolver teams of service affecting incidents in a 24 x 7 environment
  • Monitor individual performance metrics and liaise with managers and customers to ensure SLAs are not breached

About You

We are looking for a highly capable and customer focused team member, as an example we would be expecting you to have experience in supporting the following:

  • Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange within large multi-domain enterprises
  • Highly tuned VM skills, pref using VMWare, HPE MSA San, VxRail, Azure Workload
  • AWS Admin
  • Cisco networking and firewall
  • Understanding of ITIL framework (Incident, Change, Problem, Capacity)
  • Citrix ADC and Citrix XenApps
