The opportunity:

Visy Technology Systems leads the way with the most innovative direct print, labelling and product inspection solutions, satisfying all your identification systems requirements. Based at our Innovation Centre in Campbellfield, and reporting directly to the Managing Director of Visy Technology Systems, an opportunity exists for a vibrant person to join our successful sales & projects team. In this full time, permanent role you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing customer base while sourcing new avenues of business.

The role:

As a hands on, highly self-motivated and proactive Account Manager, you’ll thrive in this highly autonomous and dynamic role.

You will have a history of B2B sales and must be able to demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, motivation and reliability as well as have the ability to self-manage. Your strong customer service values are essential and an eye for detail is paramount. You will need to be able to concurrently manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.

This is an exciting and diverse role, focused on relationship management and the development your client portfolio across Victoria and Tasmania.

With a solid history in account management and B2B Sales within manufacturing or FMCG you will:

  • Develop sales plans and report on sales forecasts, revenue streams, product promotion targets, call plans, customer development and market growth opportunities.
  • Drive above budget results, through identifying new business opportunities as well as grow and retain current customers.
  • Provide technical knowledge on capability, requirements and improvements, to achieve suitable solutions to of a variety of labelling, coding and inspection application challenges.

You will succeed in this role if:

  • You have an Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
  • You have solid experience in Capital Equipment sales, IT systems, or software solutions ideally within Manufacturing or FMCG industries.
  • You are able to build rapport with personnel at all levels - building relationships will be key for success in this role.
  • You are a clear and confident communicator and as such you can positively influence outcomes to achieve outstanding results for both your customer and Visy!
