Our client is a locally owned and operated family business based in Maddington with over 35 years’ experience who take great pride in their history of providing excellent customer service!

We are currently looking for a generalist Office Administrator to join their team on permanent basis to assist with;

  • Inbound service and sales calls
  • Responding to emails enquirers and work orders
  • Receiving and processing customer payments
  • scheduling service/repair work for technicians
  • General data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Stock management

While prior experience in a similar role would be greatly beneficial, what is most important to us is attitude and team fit.
