Our Team

The Finance Systems Operations team plays a critical role in maximising the firm's investment in the Finance systems and integration projects, by ensuring stable systems operations, and providing support for firm strategy, business initiatives and project requirements. The team is part of the wider Financial Services team and the role is key in supporting changes to core system structure and configuration, financial operations, and Integrations.

Your Role

We are looking for a Senior Systems & Projects Analyst to join our team for a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is a project role that will focus on a major upgrade of our Practice Management (ERP) system.

In our team you will be supporting the Workstream Lead by:

  • Providing expert systems analysis services to the core systems workstream within a major System Upgrade project.
  • Testing, analysing and recommending options for configuration issues reported by the project team.
  • Documenting fixes.
  • Escalation and ownership of issues as required through to completion and closure.
  • Documenting new and updating existing operational processes as per tested solutions.
  • Providing status updates to the Workstream Lead and project team.

More About You

We welcome applications from candidates with:

  • At least 5+ years working within a similar role
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Experience working with Elite Practice Management System highly regarded
  • Advanced analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to take ownership of specific deliverables within the configuration, system operations and Integrations streams of work.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Experienced with documentation of operational requirements, processes and standards .
  • Technical test case design and execution experience.
  • Good practical understanding of ITIL support and change principles.
