What's so exciting about this role?

This is an important role in our Collections team where you will build relationships with our customers, while providing quality resolution of disputed accounts in a soft collections manner. This is a full time position and will work on a rostered basis within our operating hours (between Monday-Saturday). Thorough training in our product and systems will be provided. This is a great opportunity to take your customer service experience to the next level while working in our Collections team for our Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) product humm.

What Does An Average Day Look Like?

No day is average at humm but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:

  • Ensuring delinquent accounts are collected in a timely manner, and that compliance standards are adhered to
  • Adhering to external regulatory and internal policy requirements, and system processes
  • Identifying reasons for clients arrears and negotiating a resolution
  • Responding to written consumer communications
  • Working on an auto-dialer for both inbound and outbound calls
  • Dealing with Disputes
