Claro is seeking a passionate Project Officer to champion continuous quality improvement across our national aged care and disability services. You will be responsible for coordinating internal quality and risk processes including audit planning, implementation, feedback and evaluation and working closely with the Manager, Regional Clinical Managers and Service Delivery staff to ensure Claro delivers best practice aged care and disability services.

Each day will look a little different, but your key responsibilities will likely include:

  • Overseeing Claro’s quality management framework, including development and review of organisational policies and procedures
  • Executing quality and compliance audits nationally across all aged care and disability services
  • Providing education and support to service delivery teams to embed a culture of quality improvement
  • Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including funders and regulators

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for a collaborative team player, who is a self-starter and can continuously and positively impact the quality of our national aged care and disability services. Our ideal candidate will be a doer with an innovative approach and previous experience in quality management. To do well in this role, you will also have:

  • Demonstrated experience in development and management of quality improvement systems, processes and plans
  • Experience in Disability, Aged Care or other community service environments would be highly valued
  • Demonstrated experience in undertaking organisation wide internal quality audit activities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Possess a strong understanding of the legislative and regulatory environment
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly with changing and competing priorities to meet deadlines.
