Think outside the box? Great ideas and execution? Driven to implement industry leading technology that produces financial results? We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist, to join our professional, hands-on Marketing and Promotions Team.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you must be driven and confident in your ability to deliver through traditional and digital means.

As an integral part of the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for owning and developing the Club’s online presence as well as driving digital marketing content in our venues.

You will be enthusiastic whilst demonstrating co-operation and collaboration with other team members and departments, plus being able to work autonomously on multiple projects at a time. The ability to work additional hours, outside of regularly working hours, nights and weekends will also be expected of you as reasonably required.

As the successful applicant, your duties and skills will include but are not limited to:

  • Create, internally communicate and execute digital marketing schedules in line with business marketing plans.
  • Drive ideation and execution to automate processes and deliver industry leading digital marketing.
  • Develop and roll out digital content schedule for various digital platforms (including Group websites (3), organic and paid social media – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube).
  • Own and develop IPTV, online booking portals and eCommerce sites.
  • Own EDM schedule and create marketing automation journeys.
  • Database growth including emails and phone numbers.
  • Own Google pages and online reviews.
  • Liaise with designers and creative agencies.
  • Data analysis and reporting on all digital marketing, including ROI on campaigns.
  • Assist the marketing team with additional tasks as required.

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in digital marketing, marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Social Media platforms and Hootesuite.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite an advantage, but not essential.
  • Knowledge of POS & Membership/ Loyalty software platforms are desired but not essential, however the ability to learn these and other software packages easily is a must.
  • Google Ads Certification an advantage, but not essential.
  • Self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Current NSW – RSA & RCG
  • Driver’s licence and car.
