The Housing Regulator & Registrar is a role within the Office of Housing Regulation and is accountable to the Chief Financial Officer for leading the registration and regulation of community housing providers in SA pursuant to relevant provision of the Community housing Providers (National Law) (South Australia) Act 2013 (the National Law). Modelling the behaviours aligned with the service values of the South Australian Housing Authority.

Providing leadership and direction in the implementation and management of the Housing Improvement Act and regulations, to achieve the Government’s objective of improving and maintaining the standard housing in South Australia, particularly in the private rental sector.

Special Conditions

  • Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
