Communications and Change Manager Your new company
This is for one of the big four banks who are looking for a hard working Communications and Change Manager to lead a cross-functional team of Change Management resources to understand, plan, manage and sustain change.

Your new role

  • Educate change team on change strategy and how it integrates into their work
  • Serve as subject matter expert in the Change Management discipline
  • Managing the implementation of end-to-end large scale programs change
  • Network with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate to clients regarding expectations of all parties

What you'll need to succeed
  • Communication and Change Manager experience within Financial Services
  • Demonstrates both empathy and assertiveness when communicating a need or defending a position
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Previously worked on large projects

What you'll get in return
2 year fixed term contract in a great location and with a salary between $150k - $170k + super.
