We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • lead the development of the framework and roll-out of training in support
  • provide input into the design of effective assurance plans
  • support continuous improvement, including thematic reviews of change related issues, incidents, risk profiles and lessons learned.

You have financial services industry experience gained from working in a financial services institution or large consulting firm. You will be a hands-on problem solver with strong analytical skills and an ability to form an independent view of the risk profile looking within significant group-wide projects and across the organisation’s change activity. Strong stakeholder management is key in the role as you will be working closely with all group businesses and support functions as well as colleagues.
