About Them
Well known Australian brand and ASX 200 FMCG business experiencing strong growth via sales in China, has ramped up spending to further increase international market share in the USA and Asia under leadership of a new CEO.
About the Role Exciting opportunity for a energetic Head of HR with a ANZ focus on a 6 month fixed term contract. In this role you will be managing a small team and will be involved in a broad remit with no two days being the same.
This is a varied role, both operational and strategic, where you will work as part of a collaborative, vibrant and creative team. You will be instrumental in shaping the business and work on HR projects to drive organisational performance, enhance employee engagement and build people capability.
About You
Your interactive and approachable style combined with a passion for excellence will be key to your success in this role. You will be an experienced Head of HR with a broad generalist background.
You will be accustomed to operating in a fast paced, high performing business, ideally with previous FMCG industry experience. Your excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation is complemented with strong presentation skills and commercial acumen.
Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline and previous experience working in a similar role for an ASX company is looked upon favourably.
Please note to be suitable for this opportunity you must be available to start next week as this is an urgent role.
This contract will pay up to $200K including Super and there is potential for the contract to go longer than the initial 6 months.
