Our client is looking for a Director Customer Acquisition with the proven experience to drive sales within the NSW and ACT regions. You will be targeting all sectors, with a focus on HR Directors and Chief People Officers.

Our Customer Engagement Team is the conduit between many of Australia's largest employers and our Customer Success team who deliver our science/psychology-based solutions. You'll be uniquely situated to work alongside the best talent in the industry, enabling you to advise clients on our unique service offering, helping clients to grow their workforce for the future.

We are seeking to appoint a Director of Customer Acquisition into this newly created role to focus on growing our presence in the market; working directly with the Head of Customer Engagement to deliver the region's business development strategy and create a strong pipeline. Our innovative offering and ambitious strategy mean we need to increase our market share, connect with more customers and help more candidates, that is where you come in. We are seeking an exceptional Director to develop new client business in our Graduate and Project Recruitment segments. Your territory will be NSW and ACT, and you will ideally be based in Sydney or Canberra.

Your day will include:

  • Staying abreast of current employment market trends and identifying new business opportunities, ensuring your market is mapped
  • Meeting and connecting with potential clients
  • Preparing and presenting client presentations and RFT/RFP responses and proposals
  • Working closely with our customer success team

You will be passionate about:
