What’s the role?

We are seeking a solutions focused Risk and Compliance Lead to identify, collate and report on all elements of compliance related data for our consumer and commercial portfolios. If you are a confident communicator, enjoy proactive partnering, possess strong organisational skills and find comfort in a face paced environment, we would like to hear from you!

As a Risk and Compliance Lead you will be contributing with the following outcomes:

  • Analyse compliance data, establish insights and then present to key stakeholders in a way they understand and can act upon
  • Partner with business leaders to support them through your own analysis, share your insights and build their data analytics capability
  • Be an active contributor to long and short-term projects, supporting through active use of your analytical ability, interpretation of results and innovative presentation skills
  • Proactive partnering with stakeholders and providing a solutions focused mindset

What are we looking for?

  • Ideally demonstrated experience in the finance or insurance industry
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship management
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics or Business
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
