We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Leasing of commercial complex properties to encompass all necessary disciplines
• Seek out new opportunities in the Melbourne CBD Market for Medium to large complex assets.
• Develop and implement leasing proposals for commercial land and property
• Managing existing property portfolios and new developments
• Lead and supervise other staff in the marketing and leasing of commercial properties.
• Liaise with the market to gather listing information to enhance and improve systems.

• You will have proven experience in large complex office building transactions as well as Multi - markets experience with strong cross cultural experience. It is preferred that you have exposure to international clients and Tenant Representation experience
• A proven track record in selling/marketing complex commercial properties coupled with strong problem solving & analytical skills is critical to the success of this role
• You will be a true negotiator and have an ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders, with leadership skills to be able to grow a team
• A full drivers licence and own car is essential.
