About You

As the Head of Value Discovery, you will be responsible for the Primary Connect's overall Value Discovery program and methodology.


You will lead the uncovering of joint value creation opportunities with suppliers and retail stakeholders to activate growth across all customer categories (Ambient, Temperature Controlled, Produce, Drinks).


You will leverage Primary Connect's unique advantage of being a service provider within the Group's broader retail ecosystem to differentiate Primary Connect's offer from its competitors and deepen customer relationships.


In order to be successful in this position we envisage you having the following experience:

  • Has operated at either an executive level or in a consulting role driving customer centricity and delivering customer solutions and organisational change.
  • Proven capability in building high performing teams.
  • An ability to build and develop constructive relationships with peers, senior leaders and external industry stakeholders.
  • An excellent communicator who can clearly articulate business strategy with an ability to align and motivate the organisation on delivery.
  • Having a high level of personal drive, energy and resilience.

You'll be strategic, have great commercial acumen and be able to influence through leadership.


Previous consulting experience in Retail and Logistics is desired as well as a Customer First approach.
