Deals bring this to life by helping a diverse range of domestic and overseas businesses from deal-concept to deal-close. Made up by Transaction Services, Corporate Value Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Restructuring Services, Debt & Capital Advisory, Capital Project, Deals Modelling, Infrastructure Advisory, Real Estate Advisory and Dispute Advisory, each team offers data driven insights that enable clients to move in the right direction, ensuring maximum value for their company.

As a Director in our growing Deals Transaction Services team, your impact will be seen by:

• Providing high quality financial due diligence to our market leading private equity, corporate and infrastructure clients.

• Identifying industry specific key value drivers such as financial, commercial and operational insights to build confidence for our clients and help them reach their objectives.

• Working collaboratively with our Value Creating in Deals team to identify value maximising opportunities as well as transaction risks.

• Adopting emerging technologies into the way you work. We have innovated tools across our business, enhancing the client experience on engagements as well as providing you with access to opportunities to continue developing your digital IQ and capabilities.

About you

You have a solid background in Transaction Services with a focus on financial due diligence engagements. You're commercially focused and passionate about understanding deal transactions and their unique value drivers. You want to broaden your experience and deliver greater commercial insights to our clients through value creation.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Deals team deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion.
