About the Role

In this role you will be preparing and delivering complex amendments to the Manningham Planning Scheme as well as involvement in a number of other strategic projects.

A key part of this role will also include the involvement in the preparation of masterplans, structure plans and placemaking, particularly within our Neighbourhood Activity Centres.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated understanding of land use planning practices, principles, and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake demographic research and policy development.
  • Ability to develop and monitor project budgets.
  • Ability to identify and analyse key issues and emerging trends relevant to land use planning.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal Government transport policies and current issues related to local government.
