JOB DESCRIPTION

To develop our infrastructure and transportation project and programme management consultancy, focusing on new and existing infrastructure clients and creating opportunity for our people to excel.

A full time position and a fundamental part of the group’s business plan to invest and expand within Australia, creating value from the opportunities that exist within the infrastructure and transportation sector, through the already established Mace brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing leadership and strategic direction on infrastructure and transportation opportunities.

Developing new and existing client relationships in the infrastructure and transportation sector.

Generating quality opportunities and work winning activities then leading and implementing strategies for the infrastructure and transportation project delivery and control.

Directing project delivery teams that are working on a major works programme, supporting and driving the Mace culture and business ethos.

Supporting the acquisition of key staff and leading the acquisition of infrastructure and transportation talent from the market.

Managing all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.

Assisting in preparation of estimates and planning of the project, advising on procurement strategy and adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.

Developing and managing all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.

Seeking opportunities to grow team sizes and secure new projects.

About you

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and can operate in a lead planning role like this. You will have major transportation experience from a construction, consultancy or engineering background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
