JOB DESCRIPTION
Christopher M Edwards Solicitors and Accountants is a local company based in Richmond, New South Wales, offering a fully qualified team of solicitors and accountants with over 15 years of experience.
We are looking for a full time Personal Assistant to perform the following duties:
- Dealing with Managers and other staff members in relation to the organisation’s operations;
- Managing correspondence and phone calls, incoming and outgoing mail, preparing reports, notes, and other routine documents as requested;
- Booking appointments and organising events, meetings, conferences;
- Managing databases and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of files and documents;
- Implementing and maintaining administrative procedures and systems;
- Attending meetings, typing and compiling records, letters and other documents;
- Supervising and organizing other secretarial staff.
The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, be reliable, be able to work independently and within a team, have great attention to detail, be efficient, organized, proactive and a good communicator.
An understanding of Accounting principles would be preferred.
Has to be prepared to travel interstate on a regular basis.
Location: Richmond, NSW
Salary: $50,000 to $70,000
