This key influential opportunity is best suited to a Leadership and Capability professional with demonstrated abilities in driving and sustaining organisational change. You'll be deeply passionate about building, enabling, and embedding systemic change and bringing others on the journey.

This diverse role will need a Leadership & Capability Partner who can think globally, and partner with business leaders to coach and support, ensuring we sustainably grow leadership capability and build a culture of continuous learning.

Reporting to the Global OD Manager, you will:

  • Champion and drive our 'Leader-led' learning & development approach and mind-set.
  • Contribute to identifying and designing strategic OD/Leadership/Capability initiatives.
  • Partner collaboratively with key stakeholders to design, build, deliver and evaluate key initiatives.
  • Proactively coach and enable business leaders, Leadership Teams and P&C/HR Partners to 'own' and deliver on Global Leadership Capability strategy.
  • Collaborate and partner with Business Units/Teams to understand key business capability gaps, talent development needs and to identify effective development solutions.
  • Design and facilitate 'train the trainer' initiatives and resources and provide coaching around these.

You'll need:

  • Proven success leading and supporting OD/Capability and/or organisational change initiatives which grow leadership capability.
  • Experience partnering, coaching and influencing senior stakeholders in a global business.
  • Proven experience designing and/or delivering effective 'train the trainer' programmes to support and sustain long term capability strategies.
  • Learning / training design and delivery skills and experience - must be experienced using a blended and adaptable approach.
  • Sound knowledge of Leadership, OD, HR and change principles.
  • Project management and coordination experience.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification - ideally in OD, HR, L&D, Business, or equivalent experience.
