JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Implement marketing campaigns across key channels
  • Report to key stakeholders on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Implement systems and processes to create a scalable solution for providing exceptional marketing and promotional activity
  • Perform market research to determine the impact of marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in order to execute marketing campaigns (media buyers, compliance reviews, brand approvals etc)
  • Manage relationships with third party marketing agencies and service providers and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and service standards
  • Mentor and develop marketing team members to ensure a high performing team and culture
  • Produce regular reports on all key metrics within the Marketing team, including performance of third party service providers
  • Identify innovative marketing solutions and opportunities for maintaining or reducing costs, whilst not compromising marketing outcomes
  • Develop strong training and succession plans for key roles within the Marketing team to ensure its continued success
  • Tertiary qualified with an outstanding record of academic achievement
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience and proven success working in a management role
  • Proven ability to manage, engage and motivate teams
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing channels
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of The Australian Consumer Law
  • Strong commercial acumen (including partnership formation)
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation
  • Ability to react and adapt quickly to rapidly changing business needs, but also develop long term strategies and systems for continuous improvement
  • A ‘can do’ attitude, and someone that not only leads, but does
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a positive and practical approach
