About the role

The role forms part of our high performing Store Support Centre (SSC) Talent Acquisition team that looks after all Head Office recruitment across Coles. We pride ourselves on providing best in class recruitment delivery for the business, as well as consultative and strategic partnering to support talent decisions and approaches. We’re serious about what we do, but like to have a lot of fun while we do it.

This role will specifically partner with our Finance business and broader CFO function, bringing in a range of finance and commercial talent that will help Coles continue to evolve and re-invent the shopping experience for our customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • End to end recruitment processes management, ensuring great candidate and hiring manager experiences, delivering customer focused recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain the right talent at the right time
  • Partnering with a range of business stakeholders and leadership teams, providing insights, reporting and guidance to support key hiring and talent decisions
  • Proactive sourcing and pipelining, utilising various channels to market, such as LinkedIn recruiter, and engaging the business to drive a consistent flow of talent into Coles
  • Support and / or manage various initiatives and projects across relevant business areas
  • Supporting the wider team where required to ensure we are consistently delivering and delighting our stakeholders

Good things you’ll need

  • Proven and successful background as a proactive and value add Talent Acquisition professional within an internal or external function
  • Strong experience in partnering and influencing at all levels
  • Extensive knowledge in talent pipelining and proactive sourcing
  • Experience recruiting for and partnering with a Finance function is preferrable #LI-PC
