We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • International Business: Regularly travel into key international markets with account managers to strengthen relationships and gain key market insights
  • Sales: Provide sales guidance to the team and provide support on larger sales opportunities
  • Sales Operations: Working alongside the Sales Operations Manager, strategise & implement new methods to increase efficiencies across the sales team
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Alongside the Operations Manager, coordinate all recruitment and onboarding for the sales team
  • KPI & Objective Setting: Set measurable & trackable KPI’s and objectives in-conjunction with company structures
  • Data Analysis: Must be able to interpret a large number of data sources to enhance sales strategy and use to inform critical sales decisions
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Responsible for annual and half year sales budgeting. Provide accurate sales forecasts & weekly updates to the Global Commercial Director
  • Sales systems: Become a specialist in our internal sales systems that are used daily. The key systems are Salesforce, Sisense, Microsoft Office, Outreach.io & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior B2B sales leadership role
  • 2+ years’ experience working with Asia-based clients
  • Proven leadership experience across both customer service/retention and business development teams
  • Intermediate – high skill level using Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Demonstrated experience implementing systems and/or sales process rollout
  • Experience in creative industries such as music, media, television or advertising
