Reporting to the Managing Director the position affords the incumbent autonomy, diversity and challenge with key accountabilities extending to, but not limited to;

  • Generation of new business to achieve sales and strategic goals
  • Articulate and promote the organisation's vision, mission and modelling
  • Manage the company's Business Plan ensuring profitability and sustainability
  • Develop and deliver the financial objectives of the organisation and the Boards predicted outcomes
  • Relationship and Stakeholder management between members, clients and employees
  • Attract, retain, motivate and develop a high performing team
  • Establishing and monitoring of benchmarks and key performance measures related to delivery of service and compliance with legislation and company policies, practices and procedures

The successful candidate will exhibit;

  • Business Development skills adhering to proven methods and processes
  • An exceptional work ethos, striving to achieve best practice in the execution of your role

  • Working knowledge and understanding of; multi - site Food and Beverage outlets networking, finance, public relations, computer systems and service delivery
  • Excellent planning, time management, organisation, analytical, advocacy, coaching, problem solving, communication (verbal and written), multi-tasking skills.

Integral to the position is an extensive - minimum 5 years FMCG Retail experience working in a multi - site operation.
