- Proactive prevention of compliance issues
- Process improvement
- Change/problem/incident governance
- Capacity planning & management
- Documentation (eg procedures manual, Confluence/internal)
- Patch management
- Asset management
- Strong: ITIL, Agile/Scrum, Reporting, Governance, ServiceNow, consulting
- Intermediate: AWS, MuleSoft, API, Dynatrace, Cloudwatch
