JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Develop an insights driven, integrated marketing plan and budget for the IAL platform and individual business units.
  • Use market / customer research and competitor intelligence to inform key decisions on product innovation and GTM (pricing, launch timing, channel strategy, sales phasing etc.), customer experience and campaign strategies.
  • Establish a customer insights program to support a customer led marketing strategy and supporting value propositions i.e. segmentation and CVP testing.
  • Be available to actively support your team members as required to ensure the timely and effective delivery of marketing activities. This may include overseeing marketing campaign development to ensure consistency in terms of content and tone of voices across different markets.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Customer Officer team on activities including customer propositions and personalisation, customer experience implementation and innovation.
  • Drive a genuinely customer centric culture through sustained leadership and development of a high-performing team.
  • Proven experience in a Marketing leadership role with demonstrated B2B and B2C experience.
  • Industry experience gained from the healthcare sector / similar environment is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to move between working at a strategic level combined with an enthusiasm for “rolling the sleeves up” and working closely with team members on implementation as required.
  • Proficiency responding to operational business requests.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of successfully influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to effectively develop and coach your team to deliver successful commercial outcomes.
